If your package get lost by our shipping provider please contact us, we will open up a case with our delivery partner to investigate the matter, after the investigation is complete we will either reship the order or issue store credit but no refund will be issued.

 

If you place an order, then file a fraudulent claim knowing you are the one that placed or have knowledge of the order, you will be prosecuted and banned from shopping with us.
