At CandyLeeHair, every unit is handcrafted with love, care, and precision to ensure the highest quality and satisfaction. Because our products are custom-made and beauty-related, we maintain a strict hygiene and customization standard. Please review our policy carefully before placing your order.
✨ All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products — including wigs, beauty items, haircare products, and accessories — all sales are final.
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been processed, shipped, or received.
💖 Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take quality seriously! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To request assistance:

2️⃣ Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.
📦 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with lace or tags intact for replacement eligibility.
👑 Custom & Made-to-Order Units
All custom wigs and made-to-order units are handcrafted to your specifications and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We highly encourage you to review your order details carefully before checkout and reach out for help with sizing or color questions.
💌 Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase only if production has not yet started. After that time, materials may have been allocated, and cancellation is no longer possible.
🛍 Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are only accepted if the wrong product was sent in error. To initiate an exchange, please email candyleehair@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
