Requirements:

• Bundles must be clean and free of product buildup, glue, or odors.

• Closures or frontals must be brand new (used closures/frontals are not accepted).

• A maximum of 3 bundles is included per unit.

• Additional bundles are $15 each.

Important Information:

• Turnaround time is 10 days or less from the date your hair is received.

• Drop-off/shipping address will be provided after your purchase is complete.

• Hair that is excessively tangled, damaged, or unclean may be refused or subject to an additional cleaning fee.

• Turnaround time begins once all required hair has been received and inspected.
